Submitting a reservation request or paying a reservation deposit does not constitute a binding agreement to purchase, lease, or acquire any property interest. A binding commitment arises only upon the execution of a formal legal agreement — such as a reservation agreement, sale agreement, or membership agreement — signed by the relevant parties and reflecting the verified terms of the property interest, payment, and obligations. The terms described on this website are general and subject to confirmation and modification in the formal agreement.
2. Reservation Deposit
The amount, timing, refundability, and treatment of any reservation deposit are specified exclusively in the reservation agreement signed between the parties. General information provided on this website or in marketing materials regarding deposits is indicative only and does not bind Greenlands DRC until formalised in the signed agreement. You should review the deposit terms, including refund and forfeiture conditions, in the signed agreement before paying any deposit.
3. Property Description and Legal Title
The specific property, hectare, or package reserved, including its boundaries, area, location, legal title or interest, any lease or concession terms, encumbrances, and restrictions, is described exclusively in the formal legal documentation provided at the time of reservation and acquisition. Any description on this website or in marketing materials is general and approximate and does not constitute a representation of the legal nature or boundaries of the property. The legal title or interest you acquire is governed solely by the verified legal documentation registered under the laws of the Democratic Republic of the Congo. You are advised to engage independent legal counsel to review all documentation.
4. Pricing and Payment
Pricing, payment schedules, and instalment terms for any property or package are set out exclusively in the formal agreement signed between the parties. Prices displayed on this website or in marketing materials are indicative and subject to change. They do not constitute a binding offer until confirmed in the signed agreement. Pricing may be denominated in United States Dollars or other currencies, and currency conversion may affect the amount payable in your currency.
5. No Guarantee of Availability or Completion
The availability of any specific property, hectare, or package is not guaranteed until confirmed in the signed agreement. Construction and development timelines are estimates and are not guaranteed; completion dates may be affected by construction and development risks as described in the Investment Risk Disclosure. You should not make commitments that depend on a specific completion date without obtaining confirmation in the formal agreement.
6. Conditions Precedent
A reservation may be subject to conditions precedent, including the satisfactory completion of due diligence, verification of legal title, regulatory approvals, and execution of formal agreements. The reservation may lapse if conditions precedent are not satisfied within the timeframe specified in the signed agreement. You should review all conditions precedent in the formal documentation.
7. Governing Law
Reservation agreements and the rights and obligations they create are governed by the laws of the Democratic Republic of the Congo. Any dispute shall be resolved in accordance with the dispute resolution provisions of the signed agreement.
